Annual group trip to Egypt 2012.

Amarilla Divers has been having annual dive  trips for the last couple of years and this January we went with a group of 19 people to Sharm EL Sheik.

This year we spent a week on a fantatsic liveaboard with the King Snefro Fleet, the boat we had was the Target. This boat was out of this world and catered for every need that ourt divers had.

It had a lovely big dive deck that supplied us divers with air or nitrox, depending on training, and had enough space for all our equipment to be stowed away and stored. It also had some very nice bar areas and lounge areas where we had fun playing silly games in the evening or even watching a DVD :)

The food was very good and everyone had lots to eat and drink and the even made us a roast turkey :) There was always food around an with 3 meals a day plus all  the snack we had, no one went hungry.......well aprt from when we went home ! lol

The crew were great and they cleaned our rooms regularly and left everything nice and tidy and pretty much made our lives great for the whole time we was on board.

The diving in Egypt is great and although the visibility can be better here in Tenerife, the fish life and corals that the Red Sea hold, is absolutely STUNNING!!!...

We had many encouters with Lion Fish, Blue Spotted Rays, Arabian Angel Fish, Giant Moray eels and even some Feather Tailed Sting rays. We visited many of the wreck that are gathered in the entrance to the Suez Canal along with the Thistlegorm. We dived 2 dives here and one was a night dive!!!... some excellent diving had be all our divers and some great pictures that followed. Neil has also made a video  that will be added to our youtube account.

Our trip went so well infact, that we are doing it all over again in January 2013 and so far most of the Amarilla Divers 'family' have already booked their flights and paid their deposits!! YES they are eager little beavers.

If anyone is interested on our trips or even jjst to come and experience diving within our Tenerife waters, then just drop Mary an email at mary@amarilladivers.com and we will give you details.

We are definitely looking forward to seeing you all again soon and doing it all again in the Red Sea.
